Thought Leadership role for menu development, food trends, site promotional activity and culinary skills training across our Hospitality and Soft Services network in New Zealand.
Management of Corporate and Public catering at New Zealand's National Stadium - Eden Park. Delivery of events including Cricket World Cup 2015, NRL9s Tournaments, British and Irish Lions Tour 2017 and all regular Super Rugby, International Rugby and International Cricket fixtures. Management and Delivery of Stadium Function spaces and non-game day events, up to 1100 per year. Compliance and H&S management of the business.
