Dr. Paul Morrison is a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence governance practitioner, keynote speaker, and published author with more than two decades of experience spanning enterprise security leadership, executive advisory, and academic research. His work focuses on the convergence of AI, data science, and cybersecurity and the practical governance frameworks that organizations need to operate responsibly in an environment of accelerating technological change. Through PKM Cyber Consultants, an Anthropic Cyber Verification Program-approved practice, Dr. Morrison contributes to research, education, and advisory engagements at the intersection of AI governance and cybersecurity. The practice received formal approval under Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program in April 2026, authorizing advanced AI-augmented cybersecurity research and educational engagement work. Dr. Morrison speaks regularly on cybersecurity strategy, AI governance, and the responsible deployment of artificial intelligence in regulated industries. His speaking engagements span academic institutions and industry conferences.
