As a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Company, based out of Oslo, my work in digital transformation helps global organisations develop new digital ventures and improve performance of existing businesses and overall efficiency of core operations. Over the course of my career, I’ve led digital transformations in a range of industries, including travel, retail, entertainment, agriculture, banking, and insurance. By advising clients to build digital capabilities and create seamless digital experiences for their customers, I support organisations with game-changing transformation strategies to help them stay ahead of their competition. In my current role as Senior Partner I serve a variety of banking clients, across the globe, addressing a broad range of topics, ranging from Retail Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Operations and Technology. I also co-lead our global McKinsey Business Building practice, focusing on helping organisations create real enterprise value from venture building.
