I work at the intersection of mobility, energy and transformation where electrification moves from pilots into daily operations. Over the past years, I’ve seen a recurring pattern: electrification works technically, but many organisations struggle once complexity increases. Not because of vehicles or chargers but because the system around them isn’t designed for scale. My work focuses on exactly that gap. I help organizations turn electrification into reliable operations by designing systems that connect vehicles, infrastructure, energy, data and people and by making complexity manageable. I operate as an independent advisor on high-impact decisions, working with leadership teams on questions that really matter: How does electrification scale without breaking operations? How do we move from pilots to uptime-critical systems? How do technology, processes and people work together not against each other? What drives my work is not projects for the sake of activity, but long-term impact. Systems that last. Operations that run reliably. Organizations that learn. I strongly believe that transformation is always a people challenge. Technology sets the direction but trust, clarity and ownership determine whether change actually works.
