Managing 20 in-house and 24 contracted leakage technicians to ensure that they carry out leakage detection duties with the ultimate goal of meeting South East Water’s Ofwat Leakage Target. Key tasks include: managing Capex and Opex budgets, reviewing data, allocating work, communicating with internal and external customers, managing staff, managing the leakage contract, managing all aspects of work to do with leakage detection in the Kent and Sussex area. I have also provided enhanced management support for drought related leakage activities.
