Solutions can sometimes be found in areas in which they are not expected. I am experienced in working in ever-changing environments, and I'm skilled in creating and developing new Products, Services and Processes. I have an analytical approach to help solve (complex) problems, but I also know there are sometimes easy & quick solutions, to solve them. Bringing my own knowledge and creativity to the table, I have experience with, and also see the importance of working in diverse teams. I believe that if you are dealing with complex issues, or want to create new things, you need a multidisciplinary approach. Allthough I have worked in the Automotive Leasing & Financing industry, my skills are applicable in many different industries and I am always keen to familiarize myself with new industries in which have no working experience yet. I know that losing relevancy can happen faster than you might think and therefore I see the importance of continous improvement, whether they be smalI or large. I feel best in working for companies that know their end-goal, strive to be innovative, and that are set in industries that require them to keep developing in order to stay succesfull, reach their goals and to be fit for the future.

Responsible for the purchasing, selling, and managing of the car fleet of Helder (+\- 600 cars). In addition, I specialize in calculating and estimating the future values of cars, not only for Helder, but also for other car dealerships in the automotive sector.
Helder is a revolutionary and innovative start-up that was brought to life by Bovemij in 2015. With Helder, Bovemij created an online platform, initially starting with the product Private Lease, and later adding multiple other lease products. Being a key player in the Dutch automotive market, Bovemij aims to establish, not only strong B2B relations, but also to learn directly from end-consumers. Helder is acting as the Front Office for participating BOVAG members, while also learning directly from end users. I played a key part in this start-up by helping create a customer experience fitting to the high standards of Helder while also help building, creating and optimizing this journey.
Operational within the Health Care sector, I advise and support my clients in arranging their health care related issues. This mainly involves giving advice and help with regard to Health care legislation, notorial questions or financial questions (supported by experts in these area's). In addition, I also try to discover possible future health care related problems of my clients, to prevent unnecessary problems from happening. My goal is to make sure my clients (having a medical issue(s) of some kind) can live and stay at home as long as possible, with the least amount of problems.
Arranging save, reliable and comfortable transportation and trips of private customers. Neat presentation and open (formal and informal) communication were applied.
Study covering areas as strategic decision making, supply chain management, statistics, and HRM. I participated in several projects, including an international project in cooperation with the university of flensburg and the university of Lodz, for which I was project leader.
