- Be the interface between technology teams, support teams and business units - Effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver applications, interfaces and system designs according to the contractual agreements - Evaluate information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description - Consult and analyze the business and operation objectives of our customers and develop solutions to eliminate barriers to project goals - Provide training and supervision for assistant engineers - Liaise with suppliers to confirm design assumptions/supplier capabilities and to support implementation and testing activities - Recommend new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency, hardware performance and safety - Consult and make recommendations to management on significant issues that reduce cost, increase proficiency and eliminate LDs
HRSG Designer (lead design engineer): - Making complex piping designs for Heat Recovery Steam Generator Systems - Managing and overseeing the work of assistant engineer - Training and supporting assistant engineers. - Checking all in house basic detail engineering documents relevant to the project. - Technical support to 3D designers. Project engineer: - Assist the General Project Manager in overseeing all engineering activities and project deliverables. - Have clear understanding of the contract in order to speak for the Project Manager in his absence. - Assist in preparation of the project plan for carrying out the design, procurement, and delivery of all components for the project. - Prepare all technical reports pertaining to the project. - Support site personnel in order to meet project objectives. Construction Engineer: - Provide technical support and advice during problems and/or repair works on site. - Creating documents (installation manuals, site instructions) - Verifies the constructability of a unit during the engineering phase. - Establish more efficient construction methods and sequences in close coorporation with the departments Engineering, Design and Supply - Able to fill in during site personnel periodic leave rotations.
