Created an operations department from the ground-up – consisting of 20+ employees. My organization's main responsibilities include: *Strategy & Operations - Development & implementation of strategic initiatives, systems, and programs to grow business in EMEA - Execution of process improvements & innovation to increase efficiency within & across departments - Management of EMEA operating rhythm *Business Intelligence - Ownership of reporting for EMEA, including market metrics, customer metrics, and internal performance metrics - Development and implementation of sales performance monitoring and KPI setting - Responsible for forecasting and achievement calculations *Sales & Business Development - Responsible for evaluation, rollout, and monitoring of new sales initiatives - Single point of contact for sales territory planning and decision-maker of the management of sales representatives account portfolios - Responsible for CRM for EMEA as well as for evaluation and roll-out of new software *Hiring and Employee development - Delivery of training on topics like project management, goal setting and internal consultancy on project management best practices - Hiring of over 40 employees, including hires in EMEA top management and stakeholder in HR decisions - Ownership of sales onboarding, offboarding and employee evaluations
