I’m a senior operational leader in the apprenticeships and skills sector, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, regulated provision through periods of growth, change, and improvement. Currently an Operations Director at Lifetime Training, I hold end-to-end responsibility for national apprenticeship delivery across complex programmes, leading multi-layered teams spanning operations, delivery, quality, and performance.
