Executive Director of Asset Management in direct charge of all of Miral’s real estate assets with exception of Theme Parks. This multi-billion dollar portfolio included, hotels, entertainment venues, retail outlets, office blocks, malls, residential portfolios, staff accommodation, beaches and general infrastructure. Oversees the full asset management team and liaises closely with all other internal departments as well as the Theme Park Operations Team, to consistently drive asset performance. Oversees key Property and Asset Management service providers such as Yas Asset Management, Ethara, Aldar, and Asteco. Provides periodic monthly financial and operational reports on all assets and sets budgetary spend in line with finance team oversight. Creates the strategic vision for each of the asset classes ensuring at all times maximum profitability for each of the asset classes. Assists the Theme Park Division in setting life cycle plans for each of their assets Onboarded new Cultural Assets, introduced to the Portfolio for the first time.

Director and Head of Asset Services in charge of twenty property professionals for CBRE Middle East. CBRE is the world’s largest professional real estate consultancy company. Responsible for the growth of new business within the Asset Services Department and for the introduction of key new clients to the business including ADIB, Aldar, Masdar, Mashreq Bank, MAF and Abu Dhabi United Hospitality, the commercial vehicle for H.H. Sheikh Mansour. Responsibility for key Asset Services Consultancy and Development projects including throughout the GCC region including Waterfront City -A mixed use development in Dbayeh, Lebanon –A PM consultancy project on all of Arabian Centres shopping malls in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a UAE benchmark studies on Service Charges and Master Community Charges within the UAE.
Commercial Director in charge of over sixty property professionals for Aramark Property, Ireland's largest property and Asset Management Company Oversaw the property and asset management and investment strategy of one of UK and Ireland's largest property portfolio on behalf of Irish Life Investment Management and asset management of key London based commercial assets. Responsible for the introduction of a residential property management team and the growth of that sector thereby making Aramark Property unique in that in could offer property and asset management expertise in all property asset types.
