Advising HR & Business Top & middle management stakeholders, board of directors about: - HR strategy definition - Organizational design, job design & job grading - Reward strategy & reward policies - Total Reward benchmarking - Competency management frameworks - Performance & development management systems - Career & Succession management program Coordination of the cross-BU collaboration & partners to develop Hudson business. Member of the Hudson "Reward & Talent Management" Management Team.
- Business Development and People Management, - Lead Talent Management Projects: HR strategy & policies, job design, job grading, performance and competence management, compensation & benefits etc., - Member of the "Reward & Talent Management" Management Team.
