Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Projects Team delivering assigned strategic business-led projects on time and budget.
- Full time role combined with studies for my degree - This involved a temporary period as Acting Head of Projects across a 52+ projects portfolio - Mentoring and supporting a team of project managers alongside my own assigned projects - Senior Project Management of complex strategic business projects - Supported the IT department with all projects covering a new CRM, Microsoft 365 roll out - Implementation of continual improvement initiatives
This was a wide and varied role encompassing: - - Defining and implementation of all procedures for a start-up ‘B-to-C’ business. - Establishing, building and training a contact centre to support all customer incidents - This entailed all aspects of a Telco business from sales, order delivery, billing, credit control & support. - This role evolved to include contact centre CRM procedures/ CRM workflow design and scripting; project management, operations management; quality; training; troubleshooting and escalations. - Cost Control whilst maintaining revenue streams and service levels was paramount in this role.
