➤ Managing security, law enforcement, and medical personnel as well as developing customized security plans for specialized and sensitive event, including conducting pre-event site assessments when necessary. ➤ Preparing and managing security operating budgets on a case by case basis, and regularly providing briefings to stakeholders, participants and partners of all levels including executives. ➤ Effectively educating and mentoring the team in the creation and implementation of a development planning process, while providing support and assistance to other teams within Protective Services and other business units on as needed. ➤ Working closely with senior management and external partners and be a representative for security guidance during planning meetings ➤ Serving as a Field-Training Agent to develop numerous newly hired Special Agents to become productive and proficient in numerous security functions including investigating crimes and surveillance ➤ Prioritizing and executing program elements, demonstrating excellent leadership abilities while communicating effectively at all organizational levels as well as maintaining knowledge and following policies and procedures regarding law enforcement ➤ Serving as lead instructor for numerous trainings including FFDO requalification, ASO programs, law enforcement aircraft tactical familiarization, and surveillance/counter-surveillance
