Commercial Lead of the Laing O’Rourke volumetric modular business covering schemes nationwide. Reporting directly into the business lead I am responsible for the management of multiple project teams commercially and play an important role in the development of the offsite offer throughout the business.
Worked on numerous different projects of varying values. 2011 - 2013 MMU Art & Design (£22 million art & design building comprising both new build and refurbishment of existing building) 2010 - 2011 Special works projects ranging in value from £50k to £1.2 million in retail and leisure sectors 2009 - 2010 Irk Valley Community School (£8.9 million new build as part of Manchester City Council Framework 1) 2007 - 2009 completion of Salford Schools 2 PFI after sale of AMEC business to Morgan Sindall plc
Worked as part of a large team to deliver Leftbank Apartments (£56 million new build comprising of 391 apartments in central Manchester) and Salford Schools 2 PFI (£36 million contract value for 2no schools at Harrop Fold and Buile Hill)
