As part of Burness Paull's commercial property team I advise clients on a wide spectrum of property issues including commercial leasing, the acquisition and disposal of commercial and investment property, portfolio management, property finance and landlord / tenant issues.
My practice area extends to: • commercial acquisitions and disposals; • property finance (both lender and borrower); • commercial leasing and lease management; • property development (including site acquisitions and split-offs / disposals, drafting deeds of conditions and constituting servitude / wayleave agreements with utility providers); • providing ad hoc advice to clients on issues ranging from dilapidations settlements, exclusivity / lock-out agreements, loan / guarantee agreements and option agreements.
