Customers reduce Oracle Database deployment times and management workloads using a prebuilt integrated system with management automation. I assisted over 250 SME’s, in reducing their overheads & thus boosting net profits, by implementing commercial solar power. Collaborated with a number of electricity retailers & distributors nationwide. Managed projects from initial sales call, through engineering, production & installation stages. As the very first BDM, I implemented a proposal to create the new commercial sales team. The team has grown in line with the companies' success in the marketplace. I trained and mentored all new sales staff.
123.ie is a provider of direct home, commercial, motor, health & life insurance in Ireland. Having joined the sales team in 2008 when the company employed 70 people, the company has grown in line with market share to a team of 250 employees with over 300,000 customers. My role with 123.ie included working as part of a high performance sales team, identifying customers and directly negotiate winning orders and successfully closing sales. I received a formal award for excellence in 2011 with highest gross written premium of the year. Achieved highest sales revenue for 2010, 2011 and 2012 (YTD) within my sales team. Worked with just one other peer, in the creation of a new outbound cross selling team, to existing customers. The team successfully grew to head count of twenty three personnel.
