      As a Client Account Senior at PwC, I worked on three large engagements WPP plc, BT Group plc and T-Mobile. The WPP engagement was a global internal SOX audit project which used the firms global resource to complete172 audits, which were project managed from the UK by a team of three including myself. Activities included the scheduling and resourcing of all the audits globally in an efficient and cost effect way, monitoring and analysis of budget and control of the reporting mechanism's. For both BT and T-Mobile I provided account team project support working closely with senior team members to ensure the smooth application of two multi - million pound audits with resource in excess of 50 staff. Skills and Responsibilities Provide a single point of contact for project management and administration issues for client teams Scheduling of global audits working directly with CFO's of local entities and PwC resource co-coordinators Management of financial management including budgeting, fees, costs analysis, billing overruns and debtors Ability to manage client assignments, multi million pound budgets, determine key milestones and identify risks Ability to network, build strong relationships and work across cultural boundaries Take ownership and drive projects through to completion.
