Onboarding, maintaining and administering multiple Apple Mac endpoint assets, network storage devices and backup solutions for clients and internally. Developing and exploring software deployment workflows for use with MDM platforms such as Addigy and Jamf. This includes creating, supporting and testing scripts for software deployment such as corporate security tools, VPN’s, MS365 Suite etc. Leading the development and updating in-house created software. Assessing and investigating reported software and hardware problems from clients via support portal, emails and monitoring services, to resolve issues while adhering to SLA’s. Maintaining clear documentation for software deployment methods and general processes. Performing hardware repairs and upgrades on Apple computers, while adhering to correct operating procedures.
Assessing and repairing an array of Apple computers and portable devices thorough analysis and investigation of hardware and software. Serving and supporting customers via phones, email or in person on a daily basis, e.g. Composing insurance quotations, Answering queries. Managing workshop and staff on a daily basis including sourcing and maintaining stock levels of retail items and system components This job role is the same as when I was previously working for Solutions Inc but with more freedom to work outside of Apple's regulations
