Site manager of Gamba production site and oil terminal. Site production of 7kbd and POB ranging from 300-350 people.
• Responsible for establishing the monthly gasoline economic plan (1.5Billion $/y). • Main interface between trading desk and refinery operations. • Responsible for operational Gasoline/distillates Logistic & Blend optimization • Responsible for refinery’s exports of 300kt gasoline and 400kt/mth distillates.
• FCC and Gofiner production optimization / technical support to lead production engineer. • During Turn around (2 months period shutdown), I had to ensure HSE rules were followed, manage subcontractor team to clean equipments and declare them fit for purpose for a new 7 years cycle. • Reformer/alkylation units production optimization / technical support to lead production engineer. • Lead technical engineer during a 2 weeks Powerformer regeneration including: HSE guarantor, review of procedures, Operators training.
