The challenge of the role was to drive Predictive Maintenance technology adoption and to transform partner business from predominantly consulting to product business. I worked with select Microsoft partners to turn their intellectual property into scalable marketplace products leveraging Microsoft Business Platform, AI, and IoT technology stack, end to end from envisioning to POC development and implementation support. I am very proud to have been awarded with Microsoft's Above and Beyond Award Recipient recognizing exceptional performance and dedication in both 2018 and 2019. During the time at Microsoft Germany I was also distinguished with a Platinum Event Speaker award and Content Publisher Gold Award for my work on whitepapers and own research on Predictive Maintenance solutions and methods.
