It is situated on the westside of Cannes’ city center, that’s around 10 minutes away by foot if you choose to walk along the beach. The Villa was built in 1948 and still has a lot of its original details. It’s surrounded by a garden with sunny spots, trees full of fruit, while also offering places in the shade. The villa is our home and we offer four guest rooms of which one has a private entrance and all are separated from our private living area.

Paul Bast was vanaf 1 augustus 2009 tot 1 september 2012 Directeur GEM Kanaleneiland, Utrecht. Verantwoordelijk voor grondexploitatie en planning. Bouw-en woonrijpmaken en gronduitgifte. 4 aandeelhouders: Gemeente Utrecht, Portaal, Mitros en Proper Stok. Jaarlijks actualiseren grex en opstellen begroting en opstellen jaarstukken Sloop- nieuwbouw 1.100 woningen, 3.500 m2 maatschappelijk uitbreiding winkelcentrum en 3.500 m2 ROC Paul Bast was vanaf 1 oktober 2009 tot 1 november 2010 Hoofd Grondzaken a.i. Syntrus Achmea Vastgoed, Amsterdam. SAV begeleiden in professionalisering vastgoedontwikkeling- en beheertak. Van reactief naar proactief. Opstellen en implementeren van nieuwe werkwijze in grond- en ontwikkelbedrijf ism Boer &Croon. Werven en begeleiden 5 nieuwe ontwikkelaars Waarderen vastgoed naar gebruikswaarde, marktwaarde in verband met herwaardering en overleg accountants Onderhandeling met marktpartijen en gemeente over overname grondportefeuilles. Paul Bast was van 1 februari 2011 tot 1 februari 2012 Regiomanager a.i. regio Midden-oost voor Bouwinvest Development, Amsterdam Leiding geven aan 6 fte ontwikkelaars en projectmanagers van de regio. Reorganiseren afdeling Development van Bouwinvest van 3 naar 2 regio's. Adviseren Directie Bouwinvest Development Saneren projecten, waaronder ontbinding GEM Meerstad en Juliana Ziekenhuis Apeldoorn.
