Project Philosophy One of my great beliefs is that the customer/business is not to be neglected in any project. This means having continual engagement with the business through the entire life-cycle – especially with any of the Project Sponsors, Business sign-off’s and Business SME’s. I am not afraid to engage with the business or technology vendors and believe I can handle discussions with both whilst understanding their concerns. This sometimes can involve difficult conversations for all but it is better to have these conversations than shy away from them. The key is to find a happy medium where both parties are comfortable with any solution. I believe I am a great advocate for the business when discussing with technology vendors and will fight hard for them if and when its required.
