I am a Chartered Engineer who has served in the Royal Navy for nearly 21 years and still maintain a role in the Royal Navy Reserves. Whilst in the RN I have worked in ships, T and V-class submarines and have had various shore appointments. I have been employed in both Tactical and Strategic Weapon Systems and have had a varied career working for Defence Equipment and Support, Submarine Delivery Agency and the Defence Nuclear Organisation. In my follow-on career I have worked in support of Babcock Marine, the Ministry of Defence and currently work for Thales.
