I orchestrate clarity from chaos across product, engineering, and go-to-market. From tricky licensing and security questions to cross-team delivery, I align stakeholders, set crisp plans, and insist on measurable outcomes. I’m the director who turns ambiguity into action - connecting roadmaps, people, and platforms so the right work ships, sustainably and on time. How I work: • Strategic multithreading. I lead multiple streams / initiatives while keeping capacity and risk in view. • Value radar. I challenge rituals that don’t deliver insight and redirect focus toward artifacts that actually help decision making. • Escalation calm & root cause discipline. In customer critical moments, I anchor teams in root cause first - then communicate clearly and credibly, replacing noise with signal. • Operating cadence. I create and sustain operating forums that surface bottlenecks and drive action. • Policy to practice. I translate security and compliance directives into scope, timelines, and ship-ready work. What I love: building healthy teams, simplifying complexity, and proving impact through customer outcomes - not just activity. What you’ll get from me: clear priorities, honest risk/capacity calls, and steady delivery.
