    • Corporate Director
      Jan 2008 - Present · 18 yrs 7 mos

Digital transformation advisory and organizational change consulting specialist. Delivery of transformation consulting within the Energy, Health, and Business Sectors. Consulting focused on organizational change, digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Cloud, MS Dynamics, ERP, Service Management, and other enterprise technologies. Consulting on transformation with clients, impacting user counts of up to 50 thousand impacted direct users and up to 3.5 million indirect users. Relationship management held a key focus in this role, requiring communication, operational and system development and proposal writing. As the owner, I believe financial acumen and management are key while leading a consulting team of up to 29 organizational change practitioners or leadership advisors, as I have in the past. As client after client took on a new change, we realized that leaders still struggled to sponsor change well. We began doing transformation coaching for leaders. As time went on, we discovered increasing gaps in governance of those changes and saw a necessary rebrand. Strategic Sense Inc. evolved into a group of companies supporting Transformation, Change, and Governance. Two other avenues were emerging as well. The team had been helping clients and consultants with their website design and KDP publishing - an organic shift that spurred businesses. Small Biz Creative and In The Lead Seat was born. Our Group of Companies now consists of the following brand names: GlobalSway Small Biz Creative In the Lead Seat
