My current tasks include: - Polish payroll (in-house model) including payroll calculation, payroll documents preparation e.g. earning statements, ZUS documents, cooperation with authorities (ZUS, bailiffs), data entry into payroll system, year-end activities, handling different payroll queries, participation in payroll projects, SOP preparation, - Swiss payroll (cooperation with external payroll provider) including input data preparation, payroll and posting files check, handling different payroll queries, year-end documents check (salary certificates, stock annexes), testing new payroll solutions.
As a part of payroll operation team I am responsible for polish payroll, payroll topic explanation and implementation, contact with payroll vendor, payroll data preparation, payroll data check, knowledge base preparation.
Payroll data preparation for EMEA countries (Poland, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, France) and Brazil, payroll support for other countries (UK, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand), payroll data check, cooperation with payroll vendors, participation in Polish Time&Attendance system implementation, first point of contact to employees, end year activities, SOP and P-maps creation.
