I work at the intersection of energy transition, sustainable transport and policy. I have been engaged in the transport energy transition since the early 2000s — long before the topic became mainstream. With more than 25 years of experience from Volvo Group, RISE and since May 2026 IVL I focus on turning complex sustainability challenges into actionable strategies for industry and society. Leading research projects with responsibility to give strategic advice and insights within the area of sustainable mobility and energy supply within RISE. Project leader "Green Deal for Sweden" 2020-2023 with the aim to increase Swedish contribution to the green transition. Wide sustainability focus on the transport and energy sector with several roles linked to the European Commission and the EU governance. Coordinator EU Project SET4BIO, supporting the implementation of the EU Strategic Energy Technology Plan, SET Plan Action 8 Member of Scientific Committee, EUBCE, Worlds largest conference relating to bioeconomy Research and Innovation Director, Technology in Triple F (Fossil Free Freight). Research and Innovation Program financed by the Swedish Transport Administration. Twelve-year program from 2018 to 2030 with the aim of realizing fossil free freight transports and reaching 70% reduction in GHG by 2030 in the Swedish transport sector as well as contributing to the 2045 net zero target.
