Highly motivated, successful manager and driver of change in the international mobility sector. Passionate believer of the automotive industry’s transformation towards D2C eCommerce and customer offers centered around a mobility services ecosystem which covers the entire automotive value chain. Established Volvo Cars’ online business and car subscription offer from scratch in one of the most challenging automotive markets and grew the business to a ~10% share of end customer sales in only three years. Build a global D2C sales unit to accelerate the international growth of the online business with online sales increasing by 316% in 2021 compared to 2020. 10+ years of international experience within the Automotive Industry and 4+ years of experience in an ever-changing environment of an organization taking a leading role in the transformation of its industry helped me to learn, live and breathe that data driven decision making, true cross-functional collaboration based on a shared purpose and vision and an open error culture as part of an agile development framework are essential drivers to successfully master change and foster growth.
