Established Volvo Cars’ online business and car subscription offer from scratch in one of the most challenging automotive markets and grew the business to a ~10% share of end customer sales in only three years. - Lead a four-person sponsorship team - Oversaw sponsorship delivery for a cumulative sponsorship budget of +€60M
- Acquired sponsors for Toyota’s Formula 1 team - Managed Toyota’s Formula 1 licensing business - Planned and coordinated marketing research, developed sales materials - Coordinated agent/agency relationships
