Pharmaceutical industry performance with stakeholder engagement, identification of Kols from both the public and private sectors. Main activity: Medial Science Liaison (MSL). Area of activity: Immunology, vaccines, oncology, hematology, cell biology. MSL is a field-facing role whose main objective is to engage with external stakeholders on medical/scientific topics. MSLs should aim to build a long-term peer-to-peer relationship with their external stakeholders. Focus should be placed on sharing of medical scientific exchange and should represent a credible source of scientific information.
Rare Diseases and Neuroscience
• Collaboration in the management of the medical and commercial area for the launch of products and services in the pharmaceutical industry (launch of the Dengvaxia vaccine/2017 and indication of the ACWY meningococcal conjugate vaccine for adolescents aged 11-12 years old/2019 - Sanofi Pasteur); • Scientific support for vaccine implementation in the Unified Health System (SUS) and in highly competitive markets such as private clinics and vaccination centers; • Acting as a scientific focal point for clinics, hospitals and TAEs (Therapeutic Area Experts) in different territories in Brazil (PR, SC, RS, interior of SP); • Technical-scientific training for the sales force in new treatment indications, product launches and scientific updates in accordance with the laws and regulations of ANVISA and INTERFARMA; • Resource Management: Budget Control for the development of activities in the medical field which include: publications, submissions, patient support program, event sponsorships, medical sponsorships; • Patient Support Program Management involving clinics, patients, NGOs, Ministry of Health and State Departments and Municipal Health; • Development of digital content for doctors, patients and other health care professionals (HCP); • Leadership of professional and interdisciplinary trainning for the development of people (MSL-Jr/FV/MKT); • Product management through the co-creation of integrated plans with the marketing, commercial and access áreas • Strategic vaccine launch and pre-launch plans; • Innovation in methods and platforms for interacting (remote interation) with health stakeholders (KOL, health insurance and public centers).
