Bern, Berne, Switzerland
My education in Bern and Berlin in art history with a focus on contemporary art, curatorial studies, and museology provided me with a broad range of skills and experience for my professional projects in the Swiss and international art context over the past ten years. After my studies, I built up an image database for the Institute of Art History and the city of Bern and conducted archive research. Experience as an assistant in two Hungarian galleries motivated me to found my own off-space in Budapest. Together with my partner, I established the art space Chimera-Project, which developed into an internationally active program gallery in the CEE region. From 2015 to 2018, we regularly participated in international art fairs such as Vienna Contemporary. In parallel, I expanded my technical skills in IT, web design, and database development—tools that have proven indispensable for conceptual and administrative work in the art field. This combination of art-historical and digital expertise enables me to connect art and technology productively in archives, museums, or galleries (see “Art History – Digital”). In 2018, I reoriented professionally and became Studio Manager for the Hungarian neo-avant-garde artist Géza Perneczky, whom I had supported as a gallerist since 2015. His position in postwar conceptual art allowed me to collaborate closely with institutions, galleries, curators, and collectors. My tasks include processing and cataloguing the artist’s archive in Cologne, developing websites and an online art database, organizing exhibitions (e.g. Robert Capa Center, Budapest), managing gallery collaborations and fair presentations (Sprüth Magers, miart Milan, AIPAD New York, Annex14), handling sales (e.g. Ludwig Museum Budapest, MET NY, private collections), publishing books, and preparing the establishment of a foundation for Perneczky’s estate. Since 2022, I have been based in Switzerland again, working at the renowned Gallery Henze & Ketterer, specializing in Modern Art, German Expressionism (Estate of Ernst Ludwig Kirchner), and Postwar Abstraction. My work covers PR with a focus on press work, digital transformation, editing and designing catalogues and related materials, curating the exhibition program, and managing sales both online and at leading international fairs such as TEFAF Maastricht.

Chimera-Project is focusing on contemporary art from Hungary and the CEE region. We collaboarte with artists, art professionals and art institutions that share our interest ranging from neo-avant-garde tendencies in the 1970ties up to recent conceptually grounded practices. 2018 Chimera-Project Gallery closed and the Chimera-Project as an independent art project in Budapest now focuses on the promotion of artists throughout exhibitions and other related events and project, mostly by collaborating with institutions from abroad.
