Founding Impact: Lead Executive & Founding CEO of REALTOR.ca. I had the privilege of serving as the lead executive and founding CEO of REALTOR.ca, where I spearheaded its evolution from a national search portal into a high-performing subsidiary. By balancing diverse stakeholder interests with a disciplined product-first approach, we scaled the platform to #1 market share and established new, sustainable revenue models. Current Focus: CEO of RealtyFeed. I am championing the real estate Data Ecosystem model, helping organizations move away from legacy data silos toward secure, API-driven governance. Our MLS Router™ technology is the platform that allows real estate organizations to reclaim the value of their data and operate their data feeds as a strategic, revenue-generating line of business. Board Expertise & Governance With 25+ years of navigating Canada’s regulatory landscape, I provide advisory services and board-level oversight on digital transformation. I am dedicated to ensuring that as we integrate AI into every aspect of business, we do so with a "Human-in-the-Loop" philosophy that prioritizes accountability and ethics. Founding CEO accountable for end-to-end P&L, strategy, organizational design, growth, brand stewardship, and governance of a new subsidiary established to sustain and grow Canada’s leading digital real estate brand. Mandated to lay the foundation to evolve REALTOR.ca into a category-leading marketplace by launching new revenue streams, spinning out talent and digital assets, and instituting governance and budget discipline. Led the team that scaled market share to an all-time high of 57% in 2025 (Comscore) and established mortgage referrals, advertising, and data services as revenue streams ahead of plan. Led the transition to a 90+ FTE subsidiary with $30M+ in multi-stream revenue; built the leadership bench and aligned product, marketing, sales, and finance around a common operating cadence.
Executive lead accountable for REALTOR.ca’s strategy, growth, product roadmap, and day-to-day performance within CREA, effectively running the platform as its general manager/CEO. Owned audience, non-dues revenue, brand, and partner outcomes; aligned product, marketing, data, and engineering under a common operating cadence. Built national partnerships with boards/associations, MLS® System operators, and key technology/data vendors to enhance user experience and expand market share. Led long-range planning and governance updates to position REALTOR.ca for its next stage. We grew REALTOR.ca’s market share from 28% to 52% during my tenure at CREA, establishing the platform as Canada’s leading real estate destination. Secured and scaled partnerships with brands such as Scotiabank, TD Bank, Kijiji, Microsoft Bing, major real estate brokerages, and multiple proptech startups, driving high-intent traffic, improving lead flow to members, and strengthening brand equity. Led development of the REALTOR.ca transformation business case, following extensive stakeholder consultations, which secured Board alignment and laid the groundwork for the platform’s future as a revenue generating marketplace.
