I completed my post-secondary education and graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology, Justice and Policy Studies in June, 2009. I am looking for employment in the field of criminal justice in order to gain practical experience and establish a career in my field of study.
• Able to use Five-Star Hotel Systems software flawlessly • Make guest and student key cards • Know how to access and use emergency keys • Ensure that surveillance cameras are operating properly • Communicate pertinent information between staff • Maintain a detailed front desk log to communicate between other clerks and management • Document and take quick action to customer concerns or complaints • Knowledge of emergency procedures • Knowledge of Residence Life procedures • Ensure guests are always checked into clean rooms • Maintain the appearance of the building at all times
