Full time employment as a business consultant in advisory services supporting clients from Ho.Re.Ca., Life Sciences, Health Care and Utilities sectors in the definition and management of strategic digitalization roadmaps. Main responsibilities fulfilled as part of the delivery team of projects providing performance improving technological solutions are related to the analysis of processes and project oversight, such as: • Analysis and translation of business needs into requirements aimed at designing new project portfolio management and financial cost re-charge processes, • Identifying solutions to key problems, such as supporting the selection and definition of a new business intelligence tool to overcome the lack of strategic project expenditure monitoring, • Proof of Concepts for the digitalization of M&A activities and related tasks, Account Receivable management, and Billing processes, • On site assessment of processes affected by a global roll-out to align affiliate and corporate procedures, • Project management duties, such as: monitoring of tasks completion and project status, coordination of nearshore and offshore teams, management of stakeholder involvement, • Communication and change management activities as well as proposal and contract management.
3-week-long voluntary internship in the controlling and marketing divisions which included attending several trainings and lectures and autonomously working on various tasks, such as: • Profiling of main competitors, • Updating budget forecasts, • Attendance at a client audit, • Support to the contract management.
