About

After more than a decade in sports and esports leadership, I've learned that good data changes everything. During my time as General Manager and Head Coach of Wizards District Gaming, we didn't just rely on traditional scouting and coaching; we used data to drive our drafting decisions, roster changes, and game strategies. This approach helped us reach four NBA 2K League Finals, win back-to-back championships in 2020 and 2021, maintain a 71% playoff win rate (the best in the league), and earn me Coach of the Year honors in 2021. Currently, I'm working toward my Master's in Data Science at Eastern University, where I'm diving deep into Python, SQL, Tableau, R, and statistical modeling. What excites me most is using these analytical tools to find insights that actually matter and help solve real business challenges. There's enormous value in connecting leadership experience with technical skills. Too often, excellent analysis sits on a shelf because it doesn't translate into action. My background gives me perspective on how to turn data into decisions that actually move the needle, whether that's in sports, business, or any other field where performance and results matter.
