Born and raised in France, I have a degree in mechanical engineering. I have started working in the meat industry in 1988, My first work experience was with Lutetia (now part of Provisur) a leader in the manufacturing of vacuum tumblers, tempering rooms and smokehouses. I traveled internationally for many years on most continents gathering lots of experience in various processes. I joined Pemberton & Associates, based in Toronto Canada back in 1996. This has opened my horizons by exposing me to the many different aspects of food processing. Being exposed to first class companies such as Tipper Tie, Grote, Marlen, Treif, Kg Wetter, etc... has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. I am now in charge of the sales and service network with Pemberton and I am blessed to be surrounded by a great team, always looking for improvement and better the offerings for the Canadian food industry. The food industry is amazing and has shown great resilience facing great challenges for the past few years and I am proud to be a member of that great family!
