I am a partner in the St. Simons and Savannah offices of HunterMaclean. I maintain a national practice focused in the areas of commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, joint ventures, corporate finance, and general corporate transactions. My clients include developers/sponsors of large multifamily and mixed-use developments for which I serve as lead counsel in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the country. My experience also includes representation of (i) developers/sponsors in urban in-fill and adaptive re-use development transactions, (ii) fund-based owner/operators in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of large multi-family properties throughout the country, (iii) regional and national financial institutions and borrowers in secured finance transactions, (iv) landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, and office lease transactions of all sizes throughout the country, (v) solar farm developers in the acquisition and development of solar farms, and (vi) purchasers and sellers in large timberland purchase and sale transactions.
