Manage end-to-end loan portfolio operations for Life Asset's Women's Microlending Program, a CDFI serving lower-income residents in the Washington DC–Maryland–Virginia metro area. Key contributions: • Oversee multi-cohort loan portfolio across 4 approval cycles, conducting monthly delinquency aging analysis, cycle classification, and repayment rate reporting for board-level decision-making. • Design and implement MOS-format financial reporting framework (Opening Balance / Activity / Closing Balance) used for regulatory and internal compliance reporting. • Lead recovery strategy execution for delinquent accounts, including borrower outreach triage, workout structuring, and charge-off determination. • Coordinate banking operations and financial reporting in compliance with CDFI fund requirements and KYC/AML standards.
