Leading the global Sales & Business Development teams of the Power Transmission & Distribution Business of Stäubli Electrical Connectors. Including the P & L responsibility.
Responsible for business development and key account management of the Stäubli Electrical Connectors AG customer specific and standard solutions. Leading and supporting the local teams in each country to succeed independently. Drawing up action and marketing plans and monitoring their implementation. Supporting the units in regard to special customer visits, customer specific projects, marketing, strategy, special pricing, industrial fairs and product knowledge. Acting as a link between the headquarters in Allschwil, Switzerland, and the subsidiaries in Japan, Korea and the Eastern European hub in the Czech Republic. Also being in constant contact and close collaboration with the internal engineering, product management, marketing and production departments and leading common projects.
