Responsible for the day to day running of the centre. Provide the project management and strategic planning functions of our centre Development programme. Ensuring that our Youth Development business plan is implemented. To influence the design, writing, reviewing and updating of the Youth Development Business plan as part of football centre strategy Continuous review of project implementation on a regular basis with Head of Coaching and other individual in charge of each discipline. Assit with the management of the delivery of the coaching syllabus programmes Design, and implement procedures which will integrate all age groups within our Development programme. To train and coach youth development players To ensure adequate medical and welfare facilities are available for youth development players These will ensure that a duty of care is in place for each player. To maintain the centre website and delivery email marketing cummunication to our centre audience. To arrange regular development fixtures bertween pro-Academy and like mined development centres To retain organise and manage a recuitment network for the identification of young protential & talented football players outside of the Centre. Player development pathway = links with professional clubs and numerous College programmes for 16 to 18 year olds
