Committing to researching a project is exemplified through my leadership and intern work with the Tufts Office of Alumni. Throughout my internship, I researched, revamp, and reestablished the Advocates for ROTC Alumni group. The time, effort, and knowledge placed within my research was shown through the recruitment of other participants to join the alumni group, raising over $100,000 for the ROTC Alumni Scholarship Fund, and creating a newsletter for the alumni group that gained an interest from other alumni of Tufts University. Organizing and facilitating skills are demonstrated by my position as the mentor for the Compass Fellowship and Bridge to Liberal Arts School at Tuft (BLAST). In the Compass Fellowship role, I assisted 14 students in understanding how to start, manage, and sustain a social business. In the BLAST role, I mentored 22 students and assisted them in understanding the atmosphere of the Tufts community and campus. Implementing new ideas is depicted through the radio show, which I host with two other associates. I create ideas to add to the entertainment of the show; such as the show id that was created, a segment of the show called P.O.L.E.s, and the promotional commercial created for the show.
Planned and organized large scale events at venues around the Hong Kong area for the Hong Kong citizens and visitors.
