I am a Senior Governance, Risk, Ethics & Compliance Leader with 30 years’ experience in the Pharma, Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Having worked as global divisional head of compliance, country compliance / country data privacy officer, corporate audit manager, country CFO and senior manager Forensics (Big4), I combine in-depth ethics & compliance and internal controls expertise, managerial experience, coupled with strong operational knowledge to support Management and Board’s business objectives while protecting the company reputation. Expert in building effective processes, tools, and communications to prevent misconduct but have also helped multinational companies with detection (monitoring & data analytics) and investigations. Worked with compliance monitors, prosecutors, law firms in multiple continents. Acting Chairman of Swiss Compliance officers association and Head of Governance from Association of Corporate Investigators. Some of my successes include: 1) Overseeing a successful implementation of a compliance management system with a full range of functional processes and controls for risk domains anti-corruption, antitrust, conflict of interest, fair and respectful working conditions, data privacy, for a division (50+ countries) globally. 2) Designed and implemented a global third-party due diligence solution across multiple risk domains (anticorruption, sanctions, data privacy, IT security, solvency, and sustainability/human rights) for 90,000 suppliers. 3) 20 years’ experience in healthcare compliance developing processes, and controls for Interactions with healthcare professionals/organizations such as grants, donations, sponsoring/speaker agreements, samples, congresses, events, patient support programs. 4) Provided oversight and conducted hundreds of investigations across multiple continents. Trusted compliance business partner for global functions (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial.) for consumer health division, Pharma EMEA HQ and EMEA crop science leadership based in Basel. Notable Achievements & Projects: ◼️ Led compliance management system implementation in Bayer Consumer care AG (pharma and consumer health division) and Bayer Crop Science Schweiz (legal entity in Switzerland handling the legacy Monsanto and Bayer crop science business) (1,000 FTE / €11Bn sales.) ◼️ Developed and delivered global guidance to prevent ‘greenwashing.’ ◼️ Supported procurement teams in redesign third-party due diligence process on tens of thousands of 3rd parties on various risks (corruption, sanctions, human rights, ESG, deforestation etc.) ◼️For Bayer own organized events ( advisory boards, congresses, satellite symposia) and sponsoring by Bayer of third party organized events with HCPs /HCOs a decision was made globally to transfer the compliance approval by country compliance officers to compliance shared service centers. For consumer health division globally I was appointed to design the new compliance workflow, collected all country legal requirements and Code Compliance requirements, created training videos and communication materials explaining the new workflow. ◼️ Designed compliance processes and controls for working with distributors and promotional agencies in the CIS countries (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan; Belarus) that were transferred to the Swiss legal entity. ◼️ Part of team that won the Financial Times EMEA Legal & Compliance Innovation Award (2022.). ◼️ Part of team that was nominated as best legal and compliance life science team in Switzerland (2026).

      Established 1st compliance management system in Swiss legal entities (CHF10B sales, 1.3K FTE) for Global Headquarter Consumer Health, European HQ Pharma. Acted as Data Privacy officer for Switzerland. Designed and implemented all elements of a compliance management system for all Swiss legal entities.
