As a store manager, I support my corporation in: -Hiring top notch talent to support the business within the community -Creating excellent schedules, planning for upcoming events, and developing the team -Developing meaningful relationships with customers and employees -Analyzing the business and solving problems based on the results -Creating a good working environment I bring my 4+ years of leadership experience combined with working for charity/religious organizations and retail management. I have hired many individuals throughout the Covid 19 pandemic, including almost half of the team (10 employees) at the store I run since I took over in October of 2021. I have helped develop many individuals through shoulder to shoulder work and hands on experience. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and discover their potential. I teach people how to connect with individuals on a deeper personal level through customer service and goal setting.
