Having lead and participated in several large and complex digital transformation projects for leading FMCG, Retail and 3PL businesses, I have developed my capabilities in truly understanding current best practice. I use system agnostic methodologies, focusing on best fit for business needs - driving efficiency and cost out through process redesign and data analytics. I have a deep understanding of major and mid-level ERPs, operational supply chain systems, from planning through to fulfilment, as well as having experience with robotic automation. I also know how to harness edge technologies to deliver impact for discrete operational improvements, resilience and sustainability. As well as advising on strategic supply chain objectives, I can lead strategic enablement through coordinating large multi-geographical teams to deliver the best outcomes for my clients and their customers. The NGP2 Program has been established to undertake a significant business, people and technology transformation that will deliver a new digital business operating model focused on customer and consumer centricity supported by new business capabilities. NGP2 will create “One best way” for processes where possible, focusing on best practice. It will be implementing a world-class digital platform to allow access to integrated, real time data and analytics. It will focus on the capabilities required in the future to support great customer, consumer and people experiences and make Lion much easier to do business with, all contributing to enhancing Lion’s performance.
