Met daily with the Summer Camp Directors and CEO to discuss issues with campers and staff, to collaboratively problem-solve challenges facing the organization and its participants, and to maintain a positive and healthy organizational culture • Crafted and facilitated large-scale nightly activities for 350 campers, aged 8-16, for four two-week sessions. • Led training sessions for 100+ staff members in industry standards, emergency protocols, and camp protocols. • Closely mentored and evaluated 39 first-year staff members; Supported and supervised a staff of 160 people around the clock to maintain an effective work environment and healthy staff relations
