Responsible for Digital Experience Solutions, Workspace & Delivery and Clinic & Plant Applications with 19 employees and various external partners. - Driving application and infrastructure move into Microsoft Azure Cloud to gain benefits in regards to time-to-market, financial improvements and quality assurance via automation. - Definition and execution of the department related sourcing strategy to reflect Fresenius highly increasing demand on digital solutions. - Driving the technical integration between Atlassian JIRA and SAP ERP via SAP Gateway for the global IT prozesses to improve the steering and transparency of the IT to Business value stream. - Conception and provisioning of global services for Atlassian Confluence and JIRA Service Management solutions to empower Fresenius Business in digitalization of business processes for efficiency gains.
Leading a cross-functional team of 12 people extended by up to 7 colleagues in the US and HK and various external partners. - Defined a global productgroup-based operating model for NON-ERP solution area as part of the companies IT transformation. - Introducted Atlassian JIRA as agile project management platform, IT delivery pipeline and business service management to enable agile project management and delivery. - Introduced and consulted for agile project management (AgilePM) and related agile tools and frameworks to enable to execute agile-driven projects to reduce time-to-market. - Technically introduced SAP Commerce for the US Market to digitalize order management and customer service by online ordering platform inkl. continuous integration and testing pipeline alongside the globally distributed people organisation for development and operation (DevOps). - Introduced Digital Experience Platform Drupal as website template platform running on Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service to serve various product information, decrease online platform cost while improving quality and time-to-market at the same time. - Introduced and extended social workplace Intranets with global reach based on Atlassian Confluence to support cultural change, increase employee involvement to strengthen responsibility and bring important information to all employees. - Builded up and extended project- and product-based end to end cross-functional teams to provide professional service on global level.
