Manage Operation Water Facility for Oil and Natural Gas Brine Water • Supervise plant operators in operating the water treatment facility. • Develop, implement, maintain and uphold standard operating procedures (SOP) for the facility. • Control operations of 35 Rail Cars loading and unloading brine water for disposal. • Supervise and ability to operate complete process including scheduling of deliveries, water storage, transfer, treatment, discharge, discharge sampling, operation of equipment on as need basis. • Maintain inventory of spare parts for critical equipment and equipment/machinery most likely to need replaced or repaired within 6 months for equipment, machinery, and the facility. • Safety Manager Chairman over seeing all safety training's, audits, for 4 FRS Facilities.
Manage operations of Industrial Water Pretreatment Plant • Responsible for all operations and maintenance activities and overall operations/efficiency and financial performance • Organizes maintenance, operations, and support activities, to maximize efficient use of available staff equipment and material • Analyzes and evaluates key performance indicators, operations, and support functions, develops and promotes new and improved practices as necessary • Responsible for appropriate health and safety measures are established
Manage operations and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment operations for multiple facilities • Operates multiple portable water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensures quality meets Federal, State, and local stipulations • Manages the work of subordinate personal engaged in operations of water and wastewater treatment facilities, hires, directs, evaluates, promotes, and disciplines • Project management of all facilities and contractors • Formulate comprehensive, preventive maintenance for all related equipment and provide cost effective daily operations of work force • Control and oversee all budgets, including all ordering, pm work, and equipment control and purchasing • Oversee all billing & meter reading
Manage Wastewater Collections for Cayman Water Authority • Operations of all aspects of Wastewater Division including collections[ 25 Lift stations], 18 km of gravity sewer, and a annual budget of 1.5 million • Control and oversee wastewater budget, including all ordering, pm work, and equipment control and purchasing • Formulate comprehensive, preventive maintenance for all related equipment and provide cost effective daily operations of 8 man work force • Plan design changes, service extensions and enhancements to all existing work assisting the water side for the Island of Grand Cayman. Help to assist in the installation of water meters and line extensions on the water side as Grand Cayman added Hotels and housing plans.
