In addition ensuring all policies and guidelines are made available and are understood and adhered to by all with training provided where needed.  Accountable for the overall security of staff which includes ensuring that adequate security protocols are in place and are understood and adhered to by all staff and that a culture of security is developed and promoted with training provided /sourced when needed.
