As Executive Assistant in the Autonomous Mobility Business Area, I do have 2 key areas of responsibility. First, I am working side-by-side with the Business Area Head. Second, I am the trusted touchpoint for our top management. Being part of of strategy and business relevant decision making processes, I am supporting the organization as a central point for information. This leads to my key areas if expertise that I am working in, which are: - communication towards the Executive and Supervisory Board - planning, execution, and debrief of business reviews, strategy workshops, and board meeting - steering of special projects on management level - definition and preparation of key notes, townhalls, and executive calls - interface towards our holding, other business areas, and most importantly, our coworkers
Strategy & Transformation Manager As a core team we were leading the organizational change of Continental's Business Unit ADAS towards the more independent and adaptive Business Area Autonomous Mobility. I was actively driving the organisational change supporting the Top-Management. My key contributions were in the fields of defining the future orgnizational setup, identifying and achieving potential synergies, shaping the cultural change, and providing guidance as a focal point.
At the WZL of RWTH Aachen I wrote my master thesis about the configuration of product development networks. It’s title is “Entwicklungsnetzweke: Anforderungen an die Organisationsstruktur und Gestaltungsempfehlungen”
Scaling the adoption of startup solutions. 27pilots invented the Venture Client model. The Venture Client model helps companies to benefit strategically from startups by scaling the adoption of their solutions. 27pilots creates and operates the Venture Client unit therefore. As a spin-off from BMW Startup Garage 27pilots established a Venture Client unit at corporations such as BSH Home Appliances and LafargeHolcim.
