Was directly responsible for achieving company-wide guest readiness Led the Facilities Team which consisted of 40 – 50 team members and four departments (Security, Maintenance, Sports Services and Shipping & Receiving) Coached, developed and disciplined my direct reports consistently to ensure our Team standards and company goals were being achieved Consistently achieved field/court and event setup/tear-down objectives that positively impacted the Athletic Operations and Event Services/Sales Teams Served as project manager for numerous capital budget/improvement projects including tenant/office buildouts, HVAC additions, building improvements/renovations and equipment purchases Successfully managed an annual departmental expense budget of $2M+ for five years Worked effectively as a Team with other SNS departments and tenants/partners to develop critical operational strategies and scheduling decisions Served as the operational liasion for Spooky Nook Sports to our five tenants: Orthopedics Associates of Lancaster, USA Field Hockey, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Infinity Eye Care and Verizon Wireless Created and managed effective company-wide risk management strategies Chaired the Safety & Security Council which focused on facility-wide OSHA compliance, injury/incident reviews and SOP improvement Served as the operational liaison to our insurance carriers Helped negotiate effective contracts relating to equipment leases, preventative maintenance and contract labor Assisted with the development and management of the company-wide Emergency Operations Plan Sucessfully developed and cultivated effective relationships with key stakeholders including East Hempfield Police Department, East Hempfield Township and Hempfield Fire Department
