I design and build digital safety management systems on Microsoft Power Platform full stack applications combining Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI with integrated AI capability for live infrastructure, civil, mechanical, and pipeline projects. After 20+ years leading HSE programmes on complex meg projects including the Riyadh Metro consortium (peak workforce ~30,000), and senior HSE leadership across infrastructure and energy projects globally I’m channelling that field tested operational expertise into Safety Data Solutions: digital safety platforms designed, tested, and pressure tested by a serving HSE practitioner before they reach a customer. The combination matters. Most HSE software is built by software people who’ve never run a site. The SDS platform is built by someone who has. Every workflow, every form, every dashboard has been validated in the field. What I build: · End-to-end HSE management platforms covering incidents, investigations, inspections, corrective actions, equipment, contractor data, and leadership reporting · AI-driven safety workflows computer vision hazard detection on inspection photos, AI assisted narrative drafting, AI supported root cause analysis · Crew and contractor performance scoring systems with real time leadership dashboards · Equipment registers with field generated QR codes and scan to inspect workflows · Quality management modules built on the same architecture (NCR, WIR, MIR, ITP/PQP, audits) The architecture: Tenant resident solutions deploy inside the customer’s own Microsoft 365 environment. No third party hosting. No per user fees. Customer data never leaves their tenant. The customer’s existing Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls extend to the SDS platform automatically. Where I’m focused: Engaging with enterprise construction and infrastructure clients in the GCC region on proof of concept deployments and full enterprise implementations.
